HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Simply visit one of our showrooms or call a design specialist and our team will work with you to provide you with an estimate for the materials you are seeking. To place an order, we require a signed and dated copy of your estimate along with a 50% deposit to put the order on the production schedule. The final balance is to be paid-in-full prior to shipment.

WHAT IS THE TYPICAL LEAD TIME FOR AN ORDER?

Lead time is dependent upon product selected as well as quantity ordered. For example, lead time for custom-milled reclaimed flooring may depend on quantity, desired widths, species and also time of year (production times around the holidays tend to be longer). Please contact a design specialist to inquire about current lead times for any specific product.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

Each order is delivered common carrier to your business or residential job site. Forklift unloading is recommended. Buyer will need to furnish any equipment / manpower necessary to safely unload products at the delivery location. Please also visit our “Shipping & Logistics Information” page to get more specific information about how orders are delivered.

DO YOU INSTALL?

We do not provide any direct install services of our products. However, we do have preferred install partners in each of the markets around our showrooms for both hardwood flooring installation and timber framing. If you do not reside close to one of our showrooms, please don’t hesitate to ask if we have a preferred install partner in your area.

HOW CAN I GET SAMPLES OF YOUR  PRODUCTS?

Simply visit one of our showrooms or call a design specialist to request a product sample of any of our options. Many of our sample boards can also be checked out directly at any of our showrooms.

HOW CAN I GET PRICING FOR YOUR PRODUCTS?

Stop by a showroom, call a design specialist, or fill out the form on our contact page and we will be happy to get you our current pricing. Because all of our products are custom cut and milled, we will need to get some specific questions answered about your project to make sure we are quoting you exactly what you need and nothing more.

DO YOU HAVE MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS?

We do. Minimum order requirements differ across products and are dependent upon the specific material requested and overall scope of your project. Please contact a design specialist to discuss your specific needs and we can get you the minimum order required.

DO YOU DIRECTLY PURCHASE OLD WOOD, BARNS, BUILDINGS, ETC?

We do not, but please don’t let that stop you from sending us pictures and a description of the wood you have available. We have partners all over the country that may be interested in purchasing the material from you.

WITH WIDE PLANK FLOORING, WILL WIDER BOARDS CUP, CROWN OR WARP OVER TIME?

Wood acclimation and installation are the two most important things to ensure your floor lasts a lifetime. Our flooring is properly kiln dried to 6-8% moisture content before delivery, which eliminates the tendency for warping or cupping. Whatever type of humidity control that you have should be in proper working condition prior to installation to provide a constant environment for your floor. Acclimation of the product in the area where it will be installed for a minimum of 7 to 10 days is strongly recommended.

WITH RECLAIMED AND WOODLAND CUT FLOORING, WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND TO FILL UNWANTED HOLES?

A filler is recommended to fill holes. Please call for more details.

ARE OTHER WOOD SPECIES OR CUSTOM SIZES AVAILABLE?

We are a completely custom supplier and can provide many of our materials in shapes and sizes not listed on this site. Please call for custom pricing and availability of materials that may not be listed.
